I think the positions from the lights are good, but they are maybe to small?
I would make them bigger and add shadows. Then it would be look lively!

The most important think is that you like what are you doing. It doesn't matter how "good" or "bad" your experience and skills are. I think good and bad don't exist in things like art. The thing that matters is the feeling in the picture!
And I see in every new picture from you more & more improving!
